• Featured Jobs are given the added benefit of an Enhanced Search presence to attract the attention of your target audience and thereby increasing the quantity of candidates who will see your job posting.
• They are displayed within a unique tile at the top right hand side of all matching search result pages, regardless of which page number the candidate is currently viewing:
  
• They also display a unique Featured job icon alongside your job posting when it appears naturally within search results:
  
• When a candidate hovers their mouse cursor over the Featured tile at the top right or the Featured icon within the results a full size ‘overlay’ will be displayed on top of the current page. This ‘overlay’ will include your job details in full and your company logo/banner can also be displayed here if configured (please contact your account manager for more details).

Alchemy pioneered the use of candidate behaviour to enhance matching of potential jobs for job seekers. With continued activity on the site potential matches for your job can appear any time.
